Hi peeps,
An interesting question for you guys...What do you think, what it takes for someone to reverse their state of being in depression, anxiety or in pain among them?
I feel the answer is "Kindness". Yes, it does matter a lot especially in current times, where you have lots of virtual friends but very few actual friends, who actually helps you keep going in your journey. However your day is going, just don't forget to be kind because kindness is that language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see. Your one word of kindness can change someone's entire day.
We all know that today thousands of people are suffering from depression and anxiety. Let's take a pledge to help them comes out of it and be their real friend. So that we don't have to regret later and makes this world a better place to live. I hope my words can bring little difference to the people's life, who need to hear this.
