Boundaries needs to be set for others!

 Hi everyone, Today I am going to talk about what is a big "NO" from my point of view, which matters the most and which has a power to motivate and (if not given) properly then to demotivate a person is "Disrespect".

To give "Respect" to anyone is I feel has a power to motivate (if given) and demotivate a person (if not given) to do anything in their life. Everyone needs and deserve lots of love and respect from their closed ones. It also plays an important role in deciding your relationship with anyone and how much value they are going to give you for how you treat them.

The funny thing about disrespect is it starts from a very initial stage of humor, and it may happen that the one who is disrespecting might not notice that what they are saying. But you need to set the boundaries with everyone and how they are going to treat.

Thats why I feel that everyone should choose their word (that they are going to say) wisely.
